To return your product, email us at at concierg@eyebarhouston.com to request a certified return label.
If your item is returned, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for receiving and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the destination, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
We strongly urge you to request a certified shipping label from us prior to sending any items back. If our label is not used, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
