Refund policy

We understand that not everything fits perfectly. If you’re looking to return or exchange your item for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If your item is returned, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for receiving and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Customized items such as prescription lenses cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned contact lenses must be returned in their original, undamaged, unopened packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any refund or credit
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps email conceirge@eyebarhouston.com regarding the item you’d like to return or exchange. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at concierge@eyebarhouston.com and send your item to EYEBAR LLC, 1211 S Shepherd Dr., Houston TX 77019, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping
To return your product, email us at at concierg@eyebarhouston.com to request a certified return label.

Depending on the destination, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

We strongly urge you to request a certified shipping label from us prior to sending any items back. If our label is not used, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
